Everyone wants to be their best face forward at all times. If you have flabby skin under chin, this is not possible. Not only will your self confidence be affected when you have this problem, you will also look older than you are. Exercises can help to tone up the skin in this area and you don’t have to spend a fortune on surgery. If used on a regular basis, these exercises will be more effective and last longer than any surgical procedure you may have. Here are some exercises you should try in your quest to eliminate flabby skin under chin.

Start in a standing position. Move your head back until your face it tilted up toward the ceiling. Pretend you are kissing the ceiling. Stretch your lips and pucker up. Hold this position for five seconds. Repeat these steps five times. Do not make use of the other facial muscles as you perform these steps. Keep them relaxed at all times.

Continue standing or sit down for the next exercise. Pull your spine into an upright position. Starting with the chin, rotate your head slowly from one side to the other. As you move your chin from shoulder to shoulder, do so slowly. Use only small, precise movements. Gradually build up until you are doing full head rolls. If you find that full circular rotations lead to neck pain, switch to semi circular motions. Do each full roll a minimum of three times and a maximum of five to remove flabby skin under chin.

For the next exercise, you may remain in the same position, either sitting or standing. Place your lower lip over the top one. Slowly inhale and raise your head until you are looking at the ceiling. Hold this position AND your breath for a few seconds. Slowly lower your head as you exhale. Repeat, ensuring your lower lip is positioned over the top one the entire time. Next tilt your head sideways while keeping the lower lip in the same position. Remember to inhale while tilting the head. Make sure your shoulders are straight throughout the entire exercise and exhale when you return to the starting position. Do this until you feel you cannot anymore as this is one of the most effective exercises when it comes to eliminating flabby skin under chin. Follow this routine on a daily basis for the best results.
